General Provision

Welcome to the Happiepages Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating as an affiliate ("Affiliate") with Happiepages ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before joining the Program.

Enrollment in the Program

• Application: To join the Program, you must complete and submit the affiliate application form available on our website.
• Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with your unique affiliate ID and other materials.

Affiliate Obligations

• Promotion: You agree to promote Happiepages products and services using ethical marketing practices.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

Affiliate Link and Tracking

• Unique Link: Upon acceptance into the Program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link to track referrals and sales.
• Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that all affiliate links are correctly formatted. We are not responsible for improperly copied or coded links.

Commissions and Payments

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is outlined on the become an affiliate page
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions will be paid out once you have accumulated a minimum of $20 in earnings.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, typically between 3-10 days after the end of each month.
• Payout Methods: Payouts will be made via the payment method selected during registration (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
• Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are not earned on refunded or charged-back purchases. Any commissions previously paid on such sales will be deducted from future payments.

Term and Termination

• Term: This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated.
• Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
• Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links from your platforms.

Prohibited Activities

• False Advertising: Do not make misleading claims about our products or services.
• Spamming: Unsolicited mass emailing, messaging, or posting is strictly prohibited.
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on keywords containing "Happiepages" or any variation thereof for paid advertising is not allowed.
• Cookie Stuffing: Engaging in cookie stuffing or any form of tracking manipulation is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

• License: Use our trademarks and materials only as authorized.
• Restrictions: Do not alter or create derivatives of our intellectual property.
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on keywords containing "Happiepages" or any variation thereof for paid advertising is not allowed.
• Cookie Stuffing: Engaging in cookie stuffing or any form of tracking manipulation is prohibited.
